Upon purchasing any of Mark Grant’s eBooks or instant download digital audio files you agree that:

1. All of these products are Copyright protected to Mark Grant, MA.

2. You will not share copies of his eBooks or Digital Sound files with too many other people.

3. You will not upload them to any other websites such as YouTube or Torrent sites for the purpose of making them publicly available.

4. You do not have the rights to copy or resell these items or to re-distribute them in any format.

5. These products will be used for your personal and professional use only. Professional use applies to therapists in the ordinary course of treating patients.

6. After purchase it is permissible to make backup copies of these files for your own personal use. For example, you may want to upload your digital files to Google Drive or Drop Box or copy them to an external backup drive in the event that your computer crashes, you can re-download them later. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to backup their purchases.

7. You will have 6 attempts to download each of your digital purchases and the download links will expire in 72 hours. Therefore you should download these items as soon as you have made the purchase.
